Terms of Use
Effective date: April 23, 2026. These terms govern use of the LoRA Lens website, the LoRA Lens software, and any managed hosting or related services provided by Intuitivation.
Software license
LoRA Lens software is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants the customer a non-transferable right to use the purchased edition subject to the applicable license, activation, support, and acceptable-use requirements. Official starter families are included as certified reference lanes, but customers may also use compatible safetensors models that their own hardware can process.
Operator seats and device use
A seat is one named operator of LoRA Lens. One operator may use multiple personal or work devices under that same seat. People who only interact with a deployed assistant do not count as seats unless they also administer or operate LoRA Lens itself.
Self-hosted corporate use
Corporate and enterprise customers may self-host LoRA Lens and still license the full tool suite. Managed hosting is optional and is not required in order to use the software for internal or customer-facing deployment.
Managed hosting
Managed hosting is a separate recurring service. Hosted plan limits, runtime availability, API access, and usage allowances may vary by plan and may change if a customer upgrades, downgrades, cancels, or falls behind on payment.
Enterprise thresholds
Enterprise or custom commercial terms may apply when a customer exceeds 25 named operators, needs multiple departments or many endpoints, serves a large public or internal population, or requires custom procurement, SLA, compliance review, onboarding, or rollout support.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use LoRA Lens or managed hosting to violate law, abuse infrastructure, exfiltrate credentials, distribute malware, interfere with security features, disrupt service, or deploy the product for harmful or unauthorized activity.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping their devices, credentials, API keys, passkeys, and deployment settings secure, and for reviewing the behavior of their own model builds before placing them in production use.
Availability and changes
We may update features, pricing, certified starter families, compatible-model support guidance, integrations, limits, or infrastructure providers over time. We may suspend or limit service when required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, billing enforcement, or abuse prevention.
Disclaimers and limits
LoRA Lens is provided on an as-available basis. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs, deployment decisions, and downstream use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intuitivation disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
