We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company, support messages, billing contact information, and details about your LoRA Lens use case or deployment needs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide software licensing and support, onboard hosted customers, deliver billing and account notices, improve LoRA Lens, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
Hosted service and operational data
If you use hosted LoRA Lens services, we may process operational metadata such as tenant identifiers, deployment records, billing events, API usage records, onboarding emails, selected model identifiers or compatible model paths, scanner-card generation metadata, and security events needed to provide and protect the service.
Sharing and providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate LoRA Lens, including billing, email, infrastructure, hosting, analytics, or support tooling, only as needed to run the business.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our control. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records.
